National Shetland Pony Championship

When I got word that this year's event wouldn't be held in Lazce but rather at the Nové Zámky complex near Litovel, I immediately started Googling to see where it actually was. Well, looking at the maps, it didn't exactly look like a "wow" location—though, to be fair, aerial photos don't always show the full picture. So, on Saturday morning, I set off for the Olomouc region with a box of rosettes from *Kokardy Andy*. When I arrived (without getting lost!), I was simply delighted by the setting. There was plenty of space, a lovely backdrop for photos, and pleasant light for most of the day. I think we're going to really enjoy the International Pony Show there next year! I did get a little lost at times, I'm not as well-versed in Shetlands; after all, I mostly worked with Welsh ponies and cobs.
