1. Ordering photography services

1.1. You can order a photo shoot via social networks (Facebook, Instagram), via a form, by phone, text message or email.

1.2. A deposit of 1,000 CZK is paid before the photo shoot. If the photo shoot is canceled 3 days before the agreed date, the deposit is forfeited. In case of bad weather, the photo shoot will be rescheduled to an alternative date by arrangement.

1.3. By placing a binding order, the client undertakes to have read and understand my terms and conditions. He/she has also become familiar with the photo shoot style.

2. Selection of photos and their editing

2.1.The client receives previews of the photos no later than the second day after the photo shoot. The number of preview photos is not fixed.

2.2.The client selects photos via the nahledovky.cz server.

2.3. According to the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll. (Czech), unedited previews are not allowed to be shared or published, they are only used for client selection. It is also not allowed to publish screen recordings, such as monitor photos or print screens.

2.4.Photos from events and weddings are selected by the photographer. The number of photos from a half-day event or small wedding package is 150-300 photos and from a full-day event or large wedding package: 300-500 photos.

2.5.The client has two months to select the photos for the first time. If the first selection is made during this time, he can make any number of other selections during the next six months - all by agreement.

2.6.The photographer does not provide unedited photos.

2.7. Editing of photos is solely in the hands of the photographer within the framework of his unique style and skill. Exceptions only after agreement between both parties.

3. Submitting photos

3.1.The client will receive the photos no later than 14 days after sending the selection. In case of illness or other complications, the delivery of the photos at home may take up to one month.

3.2. The client will receive the photos in digital form and in 2 qualities - full quality for printing and reduced quality for social networks.

3.3. Upon request, the client is entitled to a printed photo of size 10x15 cm.

4. Payment

4.1. Before the photo shoot, the client pays a deposit of CZK 1,000 according to the payment details listed on the invoice. The deposit is then deducted from the final price of the selection.

4.2.The client can make a payment according to the attached QR code when sending the selection. The photographer sends an invoice upon request.

4.3.The photographer usually submits edited photos only after payment.

5. Complaints

5.1.Complaints are only possible regarding the number of photos or in case of complications with opening the files.

5.2.Complaints are not possible due to photo editing (aesthetic quality of the photo) - the client is obliged to familiarize himself with the photographer's photographic style.

6. Copyright and use of photos

6.1.The photographer is still the owner of the photographs according to the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll. (Czech). The photographer can use the photographs for any purpose at any time. If the photograph is published somewhere, the client is usually contacted in advance - however, the client has no further claims against third parties.

6.2.The photographer does not have to announce the presentation of photos on social networks in advance.

6.3. If the client does not wish to be published anywhere, he must notify us in advance. The client has the right to request a download of the photos.

6.4. It is prohibited to present preview photos.

6.5. It is not allowed to further edit or provide the photos to other third parties.

6.6. The photos may not be used for any commercial purposes or sold to a third party without my written consent. This includes photo contests!

6.7. Purchased photos are for private use - printing of image material for private use, publishing photos on social networks on a non-commercial site.

6.8. Purchased product photos (purchased by companies) can already be used for commercial purposes.

7. Vouchers

7.1. Purchased vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and are non-refundable.

7.2.  If the voucher is not used up by the given date, it will be forfeited to the photographer.

8. Personal data protection (GDPR)

8.1. Based on the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I must inform you about the scope of processing your personal data. Only strictly necessary personal data, such as full name, email address and telephone number, are required from the client. This data is used to process the order for the requested services and ensure the delivery of the completed order. The data provided by the client is stored only for the necessary period and no unauthorized person has access to them.

8.2. The personal data provided by the client is not used to send commercial offers, newsletters and is not provided to third parties.

9. Damages

9.1.If the client or his/her entourage causes damage to the photographer's technical or other equipment, he/she is fully responsible for paying for it.
